Quebec Steak Seasoning is a traditional coarse-ground, French-Canadian roasting blend. It contains a blend of salt, pepper, garlic and spices. This seasoning goes great on pork or beef roast, as well as chicken or turkey. Excellent used as a coating for Prime Rib.
